S49A Vibrating Screen with “no-tool adjustment“

S49A round vibrating screen uses “no-tool adjustment device”, top and bottom “no-tool” weight system, means top force wheel for the horizontal excitation force to cause material to move across the screen cloth to the periphery. The bottom force wheel for vertical and tangential excitation force to control the retain time of raw material on the screen cloth. The angle of lead given the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the spiral screening pattern. Speed and spiral pattern of material travel over the screen cloth can be set by the operator for maximum throughput and screening efficiency of any screenable product … wet or dry … heavy or light … coarse or fine … hot or cold.


No-tool adjustment device: Enables rapid adjustment without disassembly, adapting to different material screening needs.
Central-Tie-down System: Secures the sieve mesh in place, preventing displacement, improving efficiency, and extending mesh lifespan.
It is worth noting that the WEILIANG “no-tool adjustment device” has been technically enhanced in its 2025 iteration.

S49B Vibrating Screen – traditional eccentric-block adjustment

S49B round vibrating screen, with the “eccentric-block-type” adjustment, adjusts vibration force by changing the angle between two eccentric weights. While simple and cost-effective, this design requires disassembly for adjustments and has limited tuning range. Additionally, it lacks a center-tie-down system, making the screen cloth prone to sagging or tearing under high flow rates.

Mechanism: Rubber or silicone balls bounce against the sieve underside, dislodging clogged particles.

S49AC Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen
WEILIANG ultrasonic vibrating screen is a high-precision screening equipment that integrates an ultrasonic cleaning system based on a conventional vibrating screen. For WEILIANG internal management, we call this model S49AC.
WEILIANG S49AC ultrasonic vibrating screen is able to successfully deal with micron-size powder and difficult to screen materials like light bulk density powders previously thought impossible.
